Sam was told to take his laundry basket to the laundry room. (I did not expect him to do anything with it, I was in the middle of therapy with Ty and Kathy). Next thing I know, Sam is standing next to me, and says, "I put the the blue stuff in the little container," showing me with his hands the little container. Being the reactionary mom that I am, "WHAT???????? you put the laundry soap in the bleach thing? Why don't you ask questions BEFORE you do things like this???? This is just like the oil in the gasoline tank!!!!" AAAAAAAAAAAgh. We went upstairs, and Aunt Julie showed him how to pour water in to help dilute. I don't think I am going to make it thru motherhood........

The oil in the gas tank was a little more....extensive. At least water fixed this! :)
Oh, so sweet of Sam to help. Maybe not the best time for a laundry lesson, but, hey, he'll be doing it all alone soon enough....
And yes, babe, you WILL make it through motherhood. It's just that you'll have a little more scar tissue by the end...
Wait, is there an end?
I'm gonna just be quiet now. :)
scar tissue - I like that....that's where all this extra weight is coming from :)
It's not going to end soon, I'm afraid to tell you. A couple years ago, my 20-something nephew asked me how I made the ice cream scoop work so well with hard ice cream. I told him that I put it in a cup of hot water before I used it. The next thing I know, he came in and asked me why it hadn't worked for him so I went in the kitchen to find that he had poured a cup of hot water INTO the ice cream container, and then wondered why it only made a mess!
